It is the process of rendering a technical and technological text from the source language in which it was written into another language, provided that the translated text retains all the technical and technological dimensions of the original text. The original text is the fundamental cornerstone of the technical translation process. Technical translation must serve the original text and its terminology, and if it does not achieve this goal it is considered negative, deficient, and useless.
Technical translation generally passes through a set of multiple stages, which are:
Stage One
Before beginning the technical translation of the text, the translator must read it attentively and calmly, through which he can gain a complete and general idea of the text to be technically translated. In this stage the translator also identifies the vocabulary he finds difficult to understand, which varies according to each translator and his proficiency in technical translation.
Stage Two
In this stage the translator focuses on the final form of the technical translation according to the client’s request. Some ask for the translation to be produced as a report, while others want it to be an image or an infographic.
Stage Three

Stage Four
